Coastal Ferry Non-emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services provide professionally facilitated transportation including a broad range of support services for those who are recovering from chronic illnesses, injury or physical disability, or are nearing one of their final destinations and need assistance with essential transportation. We also provide non-medical appointment rides, when ever and where ever you need trustworthy and assisted transportation.
There are times when a person will need, but have limited access to, transportation options when they need care, and they sometimes must resort to dialing 911 for safe medical transportation, which creates complexities for city and county emergency response systems and their availability for emergency situations.
NEMT is the preferred form of medical transportation in non-emergency situations for transport and in situations in which family members are unavailable or cannot assist.
